Account Questions

To create a 7wing account, you need an active mobile number, an email address, and a strong password. Registration is completely free and takes just 2–3 minutes. You must be at least 18 years old.

No. Under 7wing's rules, each person may only hold one account. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them may be permanently closed and any balance may be forfeited.

Yes, KYC verification is required before making a withdrawal. Simply upload a photo of your National ID (NID) or passport to complete the process. Approval typically takes within 24 hours.

Name changes after registration are generally not possible, but contacting our support team before KYC verification may allow for exceptions in special cases. To change your mobile number, email us at support@7wing.app.

To close your account, email our support team. Make sure to withdraw your balance first, as accessing funds after account closure can be difficult. You can also request a temporary self-exclusion as part of responsible gaming.
Payment & Transaction Questions

7wing supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. The minimum deposit is BDT 500.

Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket typically process within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Bank transfers may take 1–2 business days. If your KYC is not yet verified, your first withdrawal may take a little longer.
